Want to turn your best reviews into eye-catching social media posts? With Olly Ai, it’s easy. Here’s how.
Step 1: Create a New Social Post
Log into your Olly Olly app and navigate to the Social Media Planner feature. There, click “+ New Post” to create a new post.
Step 2: Choose “Feature a Review”
In the Olly Ai Assistant window (right side of the screen), select “Feature a Review” to turn a customer’s kind words into a ready-to-go social post.
Step 3: Select a Review to Feature
A list of your positive reviews will appear. Scroll through or use the search bar to find one you’d like to showcase. Once you’ve found the perfect review, just click “Select this review.”
Pro tip: By default, you’ll only see reviews that haven’t been used in previous posts. Want to feature a review more than once? Just click the button right below the search field to toggle the list to show all past reviews.
Step 4: Customize Your Post
Olly Ai will generate a post based on your selected review. Of course, feel free to tweak the wording to make it sound like you, whether that’s professional, friendly, or playful!
Once you’re happy with it, click “Next” to customize the post per listing and schedule it to go live.
And… that’s it! In just a few clicks, you can now turn customer feedback into powerful social proof that builds trust and attracts new business.
