You can easily add new leads directly from your iPhone or Android contacts, as well as from Google Contacts. This feature is only available when using the Olly Olly mobile app.
When to Use This Feature
- You want to quickly import leads you’ve already saved to your phone.
- You manage leads through your phone and need to sync them with the Olly Olly App.
- You have a Google Contacts list you’d like to pull into your CRM.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 – Open Add Contacts
Tap the Add Contacts button and select:
- Import Contacts from Phone
- Import Contacts from Google
Step 2 – Enable Permissions
For Apple and Android devices, make sure contact sharing is enabled for the Olly Olly App in your device settings.
You can choose to share:
- All contacts
- A limited list
For Google Contacts, you will need to log into the Google account where your contacts are stored.
Once enabled, you will see a full list of your contacts inside the app.
Step 3 – Select Contacts to Import
Choose the contacts you’d like to import and tap “Import Selected.”
The following info will be added to your app as new leads:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address (if available)
Tips & Notes
- Contacts will not be duplicated if already imported.
- Imported leads will appear in the Contacts dashboard immediately.
- This feature is available only on mobile, not on desktop.
