Planning to close early for a holiday? Hosting a special event? Setting special hours in your Olly Olly app keeps your customers informed and your profile accurate, so no one shows up to a locked door.
Follow the steps below to update your special hours in just a few clicks.
Step 1: Open GBP Guardian
From your dashboard, select “GBP Guardian” in the menu.
- If you only have one GBP connected, you’ll land directly on that dashboard.
- If you have more than one, you’ll see an overview and can select the profile you want to update.
Step 2: Find Special Hours
Once you’re in the dashboard, scroll to the “Special Hours” section.
Here you’ll see any upcoming dates already scheduled. You can edit these or add new ones.
Step 3: Add or Edit Hours
Click “Add New Special Hours” to create a new entry.
Pick the date, set your opening and closing hours, or check the “Closed” box if you’re not open that day.
Step 4: Save Your Update
When everything looks right, all you have to do is click “Update.”
Your special hours will go live automatically on the selected date.
