How to Create a Sharable Review Link for Your Customers

Want to make it easy for customers to share their experience with you? Setting up a shareable review link or QR code lets you add it to business cards, email signatures and other materials, so happy clients can spread the word. Here’s how to set them up in your Olly Olly app in just a few steps:

Step 1: Go to “My Business”

Open your app, and from the menu, select “My Business” to access your business settings.

Step 2: Open the “Review Requests” Tab

In “My Business,” head over to the “Review Requests” tab. Scroll down until you see “Sharable review link” at the bottom.

Step 3: Select Your Platforms

Choose where you want your review link to appear. You can pick one platform or multiple, depending on where you’d like to receive reviews (like Google or Yelp). If you pick several, your customers will get links for each of them when they leave a review.

Step 4: Generate the Link or QR Code

Click “Get sharable link.” The app will create a unique link and QR code for the platforms you selected.

Step 5: Copy or Download

Copy the link and/or download the QR code. Once created, any links and codes you generate will be saved in a list at the bottom of the page, so they’re ready to (re)use anytime you need them.
