How to Spot LSA Leads in Your Contact List
LSA leads are easy to identify in the app. They’ll show up with a source tag of either:
- LSA Phone Call
- LSA Message
Each lead will also include status labels so you know exactly what happened and what to do next.
What the Statuses Mean
Lead Statuses
These tell you how the initial contact played out:
- Call answered: You picked up the initial call.
- Call missed: The caller didn’t get through.
- Responded: You’ve responded to the message.
- Not responded: No response has been sent yet.
Charge Statuses
These show how Google handled the lead charge:
- Charged: Google billed you for this lead.
- Not charged: No charge from Google (yet).
- Credited: You were charged, but Google refunded it.
Service Type
Google also tracks what service the lead is related to. This is based on the search term that triggered your ad or the message content the customer submitted. It helps you see which services are generating the most interest, so you know where your money’s working hardest.
Keep in Mind: Timing Matters
Olly Olly tracks and updates these lead statuses for 30 days after the lead first comes in. After that, the status won’t change, even if something new happens. So if something seems off, make sure to check in before the 30-day mark!
