Customizing Alerts

Want to stay on top of your leads and updates without missing a beat? Here’s how you can easily customize your alerts in Olly Olly.

Step 1: Open User Settings

Head to the bottom left corner of your screen. Click on your name and choose “Settings”.

Step 2: Go to the “Alerts” Tab

Once you’re in, select the “Alerts” tab. Here, you’ll see all the different types of alerts you can receive. You can turn on notifications for text, email, and push alerts.

Step 3: Set Your Preferences

Decide which type of alert works best for you, and check the boxes for each alert type you want to enable. Then hit “Save Changes”.

Note: New lead alerts are critical to your success! You must keep either email or text alerts turned on for new leads—both can’t be switched off. This ensures you’re always in the loop when a new opportunity comes in.
