Ever seen someone answer a question on your Google profile with the wrong info? This can happen because Google Business Profile has a Q&A section where anyone can ask a question and anyone can answer. That includes random users or even competitors.
The good news: With the Olly Olly app, you can stay in control of your Q&A in just a few taps or clicks.
Step 1: Open GBP Guardian
From the menu, access “GBP Guardian.”
- If you have one GBP connected, you’ll go right to the dashboard.
- If you have more than one, choose the profile you want to manage.
Step 2: Head to the Q&A Section
Scroll down to the “Q&A” section.
- You’ll see the two most recent questions right away.
- Tap “View All” to scroll through every question and answer.
- Use the filters to switch between unanswered and all questions..
Step 3: Add or Edit Answers
- Tap “Add Answer” to respond to an unanswered question.
- Tap “Edit Answer” to update or revise a response you’ve already given.
